  1. Please let us know how it goes.
  2. Hi and Welcome to the forum, StephanieP. I think but not sure that this thread will help.
  3. Welcome to the forum, Luis.
  4. Hi and welcome to the forum. As far as I know it's not on the servers, but you can upload the php files to your account if you want to.
  5. Welcome to the forum, Schmoe.

  7. Sorry Aaron, I don´t know the answer to this. But someone will, so hang on, or contact the helpdesk.
  8. I´m glad you got it working.

  10. Welcome to the forum, _root.dan.
  11. Addition to Bruces post... If there is no spamassassin where Bruce says, submit a ticket and they will look in to it for you.
  12. Hi and welcome to the forum. I don´t know why it shows yourtchdomain.com/subfolder when you type subfolder.yourtchdomain.com but if you creates the subdomain first it will automatically create the subfolder. It might be that the folder was created first and then the domain that makes this error.
  13. Please let us know how it went.
  14. Billing would normally be the correct to contact, but if you have a look at this page, you will find several live support options. If you contact the staff through one of these options and give them the ticket number, they may be able to sort this quickly for you.
  15. There shouldn´t be any problem upgrading to a reseller account and have it running today. If you submit a ticket to the helpdesk they will be able to tell you how fast you can get it running. One note though, even the help desk are not magic (but close) so it may be some propagation delays for the domain.
  16. Hi and welcome to the forum. This would be a violation of the AUP unless you have a reseller account.
  17. I know nothing about frontpage, but I took a quick look at the contact form page (with the .com address), both with Firefox and Internet explorer and found nothing wrong with it. But I am not sure if the visitors see the error you describe before or after the message is sent (since I did not fill out the form), so the error may appear or may not.
  18. Please note while reading this that I can be wrong about this... Boxtrapper is a part of cpanel that TCH has chosen not to use for various reasons. Therefor it may exist on some servers cpanels while on others it has not been included.
  19. Welcome to the forum, Tracy. I would say its both good and bad... If you have getmail@yourtchdomain.com and tell people to remove get before they send it to mail@yourtchdomain.com, it could work assuming you never set up a getmail address. On the other hand, if you write getmail@yourinternetserviceprovider.com and tell people same thing, remove get, then if there is someone on your internetserviceprovider.com that actually have getmail@yourinternetserviceprovider.com and people forget to remove the get or if a spamharvester picks it up, then you give that other guy some problem. Just my .2 cents.
  20. Welcome to the forum, Krisztina.
  21. You will need to submit a ticket to the help desk about this. Link on top of page. We moderators have no access to neither accounts or servers.
  22. Welcome to the forum, Reno. Not sure if you are speaking about domains or hosting accounts now but if hosting accounts... When you get an account here at TCH, a control panel (cpanel) comes with it in which you can and should set up a contact adress. Often when there is a a global problem with a (lets say) a script, blog etc that lots of people use, TCH may send out emails to its clients about this problem. If so, the adress that are set up in the cpanel will be used. So, for tech problems this would be a good place to set up the second adress I think.
  23. Hm... there are several members using smf, so hold on and someone will know the answer, or you can ask around in SMF´s own forum.
  24. You can however have parked domains as long they point to same content.
  25. I will have to let someone else answer the original question but keep in mind that add-on domains would be a violation of the AUP unless you have a reseller account.
