Yes. When you have followed Bruces instructions above you must chmod (set permission) for the folders/files as the instruction says. Usually you right click a file or folder in your ftp progam and choose properties and in there set it to the value the file/folder need.

Welcome to the forum, Sandra. It would depend on how you design your site I would say. Some prefer to build a site and integrate the shop in to it. Then you would need a "shop" button I believe. Some people just set up their store with one of the shopping scripts available on the internet, directly in their root folders. Then I believe you would not need a "shop" button.

Hi teacka, I think the best you can do is to contact the help desk with this issue. As I understand from reading this thread, they have been involved in this so I think it would be best if they continued to try solving it.

What I think Dick means is that there are viruses etc that can fake the "from" field. It can be that someone have you in their addressbook and if they are infected, this kind of things can happen without them knowing it. I have had this problem many times, first time I received a mail from a claudia@my tch hosted domain.com. The problem was that I neither know a Claudia or have set up an address claudia@...com, so then we figured out someone had me in their addressbook and they were causing it without knowing.
