I installed IE 7 beta 2 a few days ago since it would be safe according to several media to do this. Installation was quick and everything went smooth. Then it was time to give it a test run. I don´t think I have ever seen my computer so inoperationable before. With inoperationable I mean that both antivirus, firewall and antispam/adblocker went poof gone. If any other programs had these problems too I don´t know since I uninstalled this beta very quick. After the uninstall, everything went back to normal. Just a little word of advice if anyone tries to test the latest beta of IE7. Sorry to the original author of this thread that I went a bit off topic.

Welcome to the forum, n_cheever. A little addition to what Don says... Every single thing in cpanel that needs an upgrade is up to to the folks at cpanel and fantastico when to release. It is always best to try to do your own installations/upgrades of the latest versions that are released.
-
Then it´s ticket time as Don suggests.
-
This might have something to do with the upgrades that have been done today. Please see Tims post here. No matter that is the cause or not, you will need to submit a ticket to the helpdesk so the techs can look in to it.
-
You´re welcome. Have a nice day you too.

First you will need to ask your registrar to point domain 2, to the same nameservers as domain 1 (or if the registrar have a control panel, you can do it yourself). Then you will only need to submit a ticket to our helpdesk and ask them to park domain 2 on number 1. That´s all you need to do.

Link and info is good and the site has been added to the commercial page. Please confirm that it looks/works as expected.

If you want your visitors to be able to view same content for the 2 domains, then you can park domain 2 on top of the first one. This is easily done by the helpdesk. If you want them to to point to different content, you either need a reseller account for 2 virtual accounts as per the AUP.

Welcome to the forum, Patricia. Just to be sure I got all information correct before adding it... 1. www.asacredspacestore.com 2. The name of your site. 3. I am a commercial site which offers Crystals for Crystals Healing as well as products for cleansing and Space Clearing your home. 4. commercial Please note, we will need the name of your site, plus any eventual corrections.

Thats because of this (I think).

Do you have any adblockers running in Firefox. If so try disable them and see what happens? I know this might not be the issue, but sometimes those blockers do a pretty much better job than expected.

WS_FTP Trial & paid versions available Requirements: Windows 98 SE, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP How to log in to your ftp account To login to your ftp accounts you'll use the following information: Servername: If the domain has propagated then you can use your domain name for the ftp server. If it hasn't, you can use the servername, your dedicated ip, or the server's IP. Username: This is the same as your cpanel username for the account if you're attempting to log into the main ftp account. If you're trying to access an sub-ftp account (an ftp account you created through cpanel), then the username will resemble an e-mail address. For sub-ftp accounts, you will need to use username@****** . Port: The port should default to 21, however if it doesn't, that's the port to use Flash tutorials Do you need help to set up your FTP software? At the below links we have published tutorials for some common FTP software. CuteFTP Configure Manage Settings Transfer WsFTP Configure Manage Transfer How Do I Change Permissions? Usually when you hear about changing the permissions or to CHMOD something, it means that you are changing how yourself and others can access the script, file or folder. Generally it is broken up into three parts: Reading Ability - Gives them the ability to read the file Writing Ability - Gives them the ability to write to the file Execution Ability - Gives them the ability to execute the file On the other side you have the choice to assign this to a specific group of three: Owner - Public - Group For the most part when you are doing these types of actions, the instructions for the file or script will let you know what permissions to assign for the file, folder, or script. How do you change the permissions? You can do this through your FTP client. For an example, in SmartFTP, once you are logged in, and into your "public_html" folder all you need to do is right-click the folder or file you wish to change the permission of and go down to "Properties/CHMOD". Now if the script told you the permissions need to be set to "666", then all you need to do is fill in each box towards the bottom of the window that pops up with a "6" or you can check the boxes above till the number have changed to the amounts that you need. To Slick, I don´t know which cpanel skin that Andy is referring to, but you can ask the help desk to change the skin to the one that Andy is talking about.

I don´t know the technical behind parking, but just give the registrar the same dns info as you have given them for chatbug.org and then submit a ticket to the helpdesk and tell them you wanna park the other names. -
