Fantastico (located in your cpanel) pretty much just a library of one click installers for wordpress among other things. One thing to remember though when using the fantastico stuff is that they are usually older versions, so the best way would be to install it manually. A simple installation which takes 5-10 minutes. And there is alot of us using it, so give us a shout if you need help.

I am not on server 20, but on my server it can be found where you say, so open a ticket and the techs will look in to it. Link on top of page and in my signature.

First of all, I am sorry to hear about your nephew. As for the question, I would personally go with a blog (wordpress), free, simple and hopefully as spam free as possible. If you go with wordpress, I would recommend installing spam karma, it eats pretty much all of the spam that might show up.

Agrees with Bruce on this. One of the often mentioned WYSIWYG editors is NVU. I have not tried it myself, but those who have says its easy to use.

Welcome to the forum, fivesparrows. I don´t think that file is accessible by the customers and even if the the template was fixed with the above, it would (unfortunately) probably break next time cpanel pushes out an update unless that problem is fixed in that update.

Did you several times try to access with wrong log in info? If yes, your ip might have been blocked by the firewall. Please open a ticket and the techs will look in to it.

If the the email is to be forwarded to a lets say hotmailaccount, there is no need to set up a mailbox for it at your TCH account, just the forwarder. If you forward bob@mytchdomain.com to bob@somewhereelse.com, the address bob@mytchdomain.com is just as valid as if you had set up an account for it.
