As I understand it, it means that your wp can not find the css files it needs for the theme. Check the zip file if they are there if and upload them, if they are not you need to contact the author of the theme.

First of all, Do not delete wp-config.php. This file contains the database info etc. Second, you should not need to change any permissions unless spcifically mentioned in their installation guide or mentioned in any instructions that might come with a plugin that you might install. Doing the above, you should be fine.

Welcome to the forum, QueenTiye. Both phpWebsite and SMF can be run on the TCH servers. We have several members using SMF and I have seen posts about people using phpwebsite as well. As for the transfer, since your current host have cpanel, you can always ask our help desk if they can do a cpanel to cpanel transfer.

"Unable to resolve target system name" would mean that either you are not connected to the Internet or there is a problem connecting to the Internet. It could also be a problem with your ISPs DNS server. Perhaps these isp´s are blocking swunleashed.net?

Hi, You can ask the help desk if they can restore the account to an earlier backup or clean out everything for you. But if doing the latter, you would go from scratch (ie the account have no files/pages). Link on top of page and in my signature. Also, be sure to do your own backups in the future before making any changes, this way, you can revert back very easily. Search for "home backup" here in the forum and you will find plenty of info about it.
