Well, there are ways of blocking access to adult sites at various levels... browser, add-on software, server (if you use one), and ISP (some provide such service, at a cost). Pretty much all of them can be circumvented one way or another though... What is best, however, is to have a frank discussion with him about the subject. I know it is the age when boys start to get curious... so probably time for them to have "the talk", as much as they may dread doing it.

I don't think there is any easy way of getting it back... what do you need the history for? If you need it for pages that you have visited, I would recommend bookmarking any pages you find interesting the moment you think you'll want to access it again. And there's always google to find what you were looking for...

I have just completed a scan using HP PhotoSmart 3310 over wireless connection. Of course, you have to be there to put on whatever you want to scan, but the scanning can be done over the wireless network.

Not exactly - tumor/cancer is a result of multitudes of genetic changes. If that occurs in a single-celled organism, then the genetic material has changed for that organism's life.

I'd recommend checking for independent (not on the host's webpage) user comments regarding the host... sounds a little too-good-to-be-true, which frequently are.

It is actually possible to use scanner over a wireless network... at least with HP PhotoSmart 3310. But I think it's due to HP's proprietary software?! Haven't tried it personally, but they claim to be able to do it.

Good pricing Sturdy servers Fast response times Great customer service Just a few things that I've though of... most of which can probably (or hopefully) be found at reputable hosts. But one thing... the TCH family... is priceless. There are something money can't buy. (No, I'm not going to finish the ad. )

Some news I saw... WordPress 2.0.2 has a flaw in the "Self-User Registration". Please disable it until it has been patched. http://magazine.olrin.org/wordpress_security_flaw/ (Can anyone else verify this?)

Welcome to the forums, Karen. Hotlinking pictures from the gallery into forum posts will probably increase bandwidth usage. This is because everytime the post loads, the picture will be accessed and loaded as well. But, on the other hand, users might go see the gallery less frequently, since everything is on the posts. So the bandwidth usage really depends on your user's behaviours. So long as you and your users "hotlink" within your own site, you are basically just using your own bandwidth... but nothing morally wrong with it, since you're not stealing anyone else's bandwidth.
