Am I the only one who has had problems with the IMAP server the past few days? Everytime I talk to tech support they say that it's being looked in to. People sending me e-mail messages this week have reported the majority of them being bounced back. This is beyond frustrating!

Today our mail server went down (still is) for over an hour. This has happened several times lately. The big problem is that we never receive any e-mail that was sent to us while the server was down. Shouldn't these e-mails be waiting to be delivered as soon as the server comes back up? This is very frustrating.

I have been having trouble with the IMAP server using Outlook 2003 lately. Every 30-40 minutes I get an error message saying that "IMAP server as closed the connection". Anyone else having this problem or know how I can fix it? I tried changing the idle setting to 10 minutes, and I still get the error. Again, this just started within the past two weeks or so. Thanks.
