I am moving this to Backend Services, Closed duplicate post in cPanel forum.

Locking thread, no need for the double post. Topic still running in Backend Services forum

Never shut mine off, been on for 2 years except to move. Monitor is set to go off after 15 minutes of non use.

Gotta agree with Don and Jacob, I worked ISP and hosting for a number of years. FP has preferences to publishing via names to have extensions working properly. You may need to wait for propagation.

You will never catch us! There may be an equal ratio for staff but we have you in the overall Robert Department. If I would actually start working we may even catch you in the help department. Kind of a big if though. By the way, Welcome to our side of the jungle Monkey Boy

Go Daddy

Like my 2 year old does when he wants to watch his favorite and not ask daddy. They dont look too good after being forced down a VCR either. And at $1 a blank I can make 15 or more of them before it is tha same as the cost of a new DVD. And as to quality, well a two and five year old dont complain too much about that.

Congratulations on your newborn. I have two myself. Nothing more fun than a diaper full of peanut butter

Hey gang, I think I am goung to get a DVD burner. I need to start making backups of my video DVD's. It isnt what you think, my kids have a number of DVD's that keep getting scratched and rubbed all over. I figure a good way to save me from having to buy them every few months over again would be to buy it once, copy it and use the copy while keeping the master in a safe place. So my question, what is a good burner? What should I pay for one? I know I can go to sites that give reviews but I trust my family to guide me to a good item.

Look here; http://dickydoubt.bravepages.com/dickky9l/move/moving.html This looks like a good place to start.

I bet Hoffa is in that trunk! My first was a 76 F250 with the 350 opened up to 390, 5.7L old forest ranger pickup. Went on to motorcycles for a while and now am riding around in a T-Bird, 96 before the remake.

Thomas, Reply to that email and let them know you would like a refund for the failed transfer. I believe it happens automatically as it is but it never hurts to ask. You should get a refund. And yes we can point your .se where the .com is now.

Try, 1) End task on the PRECPOP2.EXE 2) Remove registry key with regedit; remove entire key hkey localmachine/software/microsoft/windows/current version/run/precpop 3) Deleted the entire directory C:\PROGRAM FILES\PRECPOP2 Be careful of working in your registry and always make a backup first.

They don't need access to cPanel, just give them an FTP account and they can upload all they need to.

Looks like they replied with nothing. Thomas, you really should be the contact for all of it, Admin, Technical, everything. Isn't there a control panel you can log into at Registrera.com and update the information? What if your address in Stockholm changed? How would you get Registrera.com to change the information? That is the same way you should use to get them to change the admin information. In my opinion they have no right at all to have their information on your domain name. You own it, not them. Here is what I would try, first reply to the email and let them know nothing was sent to you in their reply. Second, cancel the transfer you started that had the old admin address in it and start a new one. This will "kick" the system and make it see the new admin address for your registrar. You will be refunded for the transfer you are canceling and billed for the new one so there is no extra money out of your pocket. Once you get it transfered change the contact information to reflect you if there is no way to change the information as it is now. I understand it can be frustrating, I used to see this all of the time but as long as your current registrar has their name in the admin contact there isn't much anyone can do. Cancel the transfer, initiate a new one so the new address can be seen and contact your registrar and have them either forward the email they will get about the transfer to you so you can approve it of have them change the admin contact to you. This transfer will not go through if one of those two things can not be done, unless you have access to a control panel to change that information.

Thomas, I can help you try and understand the email you got if you wish?

Help! My Site And Email Are Down, Want To Transfer
TCH-Rob replied to carpyeditor's topic in Pre-Sales Questions
You can just change your name servers at your registrar to point to us. You would get your DNS after signing up with us. Then you could upload your files and create email accounts using the information that would come in your welcome letter. -
Dont forget that we let you know when you hit 80% of your limit.

I have 5 parked domains pointing to my main domain. Park away Robert Thumbs Up
