Don is talking about the ISP servers not the TCH account, they can see everything passing through port 25 and 110 if they want to, it is their servers afterall that you are using. Regardless of how much your ISP allows you to attach for outbound mail they still may have a limit on the incomming. To get a better understanding on your question Is the SMTP server name a domain that is hosted here or the ISP's SMTP server? Is the SMTP port 25 or 26? If the SMTP server is of the ISP then there is nothing we can change to fix it, if it is of the domain name hosted here than maybe. If it is port 25, change it to 26 and see if that fixes the issue. If it is 26 then we will have to look at it. If it is port 26 and mail.domainhostedhere.ext then a ticket will need to be opened. It may be put at that size here to keep the mail server from being abused with people trying to send things that they shouldnt through email.

OK, that was strange. I found your link http://www.sphosting.com/reikiseichim/ about 27th and clicked it. It crashed X, my entire window manager gone. I cant tell really other than the first link may have more backlinks links than the other.

Well the first thing that coems to my mind is to stop sending large files. Email is for text not large attachements. It looks as if the SMTP server is not responding in time yet the email is eventually beeing processed. The way one should be sending large files is to upload the file to his web space and then send a link to that file for the other person to download. Large files have a tendancy to corrupt via email as well. It just wasnt designed for this function.

Looks good from what I can see and giving a quick compare of my config files. Remember with osCommerce you will not be in secure mode until the customer goes to their cart so dont worry if you dont see https on every page.

I have used FP here as well before I decided to move on to something a bit more in tune with what I wanted. You may as well make it in FP, learn what it can do for you and go from there. You will find you are never done with your site, it will continually evolve and you may move to other publishing/design methods. You may also find FP does everything you need it to for as long as you have your site. We always have family willing to help as well.

No, you can not prevent a link. The good news is that it will not hurt you either. If it did, think of the damage you could do to competing sites by having bad links to their site. From Google;

This is something that will take some time and an answer, if an answer can be found. I am willing to bet that it isnt something done on purpose. Many places like the service we use let you pick and choose what services you want to offer like domain names, email, hosting and the like and then the front end is made from pulling information from a database to display what you have chosen. The other items would show up if I knew the information to put in the URL or there may have been a database error where another link showed up that wasnt supposed to be there. The service TCH uses is reliable and solid and I seriously doubt any dubious things are going on under our noses. At some point the system failed when it shouldnt have, it is something that happens in this industry. If we find out what caused it then an answer should be forthcomming.

I have been here since March of last year. I have been around the block with hosting companies, even working for a few. How well do I like it here? Well enough to volunteer my time to assist in the moderation of these forums. This is the most reliable host I have known.
