  1. As stated above, repair table should do the trick for you. And the cyrilic alphabet is not as hard as it looks .
  2. I know this has been one of the most requested features (if not THE most), so kudos!
  3. Don't leave us all in suspense this long... *rips hair out* (that is if I had any)
  4. I deal with Telcos daily as well (though mostly for T1 lines, not voice lines, but still) and I'm never happy about doing it. I especially love how most of them have in their SLA's that they can take a circuit down to work on it without notifying you if the outage is anticipated to be less than 1 hour. Well that's all well and good, until I'm trying to figure out why one of our routers is down. Grr...
  5. Alright... it's the 15th... Drum roll please...
  6. "We love living next to the nuclear power plant. We've never experienced any adverse effects."
  7. You know, if it's that big of an issue for you... I'd be more than happy to help you break something
  8. I share Rob's joy in finally having rain! Although, naturally, it had to occour on my drill weekend for the National Guard... "If it ain't rainin, we ain't trainin!"
  9. Hey Andy, I seem to have lost your number... care to give it to me again?
  10. Texas is going to self-destruct! Sorry Dick...
  11. FOOD!!!! lol now I'm getting hungry. Grr...
  12. Dick, I tried that but I forgot to put one of those $0.02 stamps on the envelope... DOH! So I had a nasty little surprise in my mailbox when I got home last night... Still interested in the cookies at least?
  13. Ok, I've done it... I cracked into the secret plans database! I think it was a honeypot though. At any rate, a short while later I got a message that informed me I've been infected with the "Amish Virus" and went on to explain that since Amish people don't use computers that this virus was based on an honor system, and politely asked me to delete all the files on my computer. I think this will take a while, so I'll be back later... By the way: Don't try this at home... or work for that matter
  14. As far as the "more advanced" phpBB, there is only one phpBB. Some others, myself included (so take my advice with a grain of salt) have moved from phpBB to SMF. It provides a bit more flexibility and control over phpBB, not sure exactly what you mean by "advanced." phpBB is in all rights a fine package, and suits most communities well.
  15. Hmm... I'll use the process of elimination to narrow it down... hats are out. Will it be... t-shirts?
  16. I know what it is!!! We're all getting new hats!!! Right?
  17. I've had to require registering for a membership on my forums to put an end to spam. So far it's done the trick. That may be something you'll want to consider if you can. Then again, I switched to SMF too, but that's a bit Banning the IP is like putting a bandaid over a giant hole in your head; sure while it'll work temporarily, you're going to need a more viable long-term solution.
  18. I get that error a lot on my laptop when using Skype and Google Talk for extended (read: 15+ minutes) periods of time. Still haven't quite figured out what it was... my thoughts were something was overheating (my laptop does get pretty warm). You may want to check that out in your computer, as virus scanning will heat your PC up a bit.
  19. Ahh, yes... thanks Don I forgot that little bit of info. BTW - Welcome to the forums!
  20. You'll need to PM a member of the staff (their names are in red at the bottom of the forum index) to get the password.
  21. I'll agree with Jim 100% on AVG. Converted to it from NAV, and would never consider going back.
  22. What version of NAV? 2006/5/4/3/etc...
  23. Is this an XP insallation or earlier? Also, if XP, Pro or Home?
  24. I see them both in Opera/Windows. Make sure you don't have anything like Adblock installed in Firefox.
  25. Will, most likely the fix requires a member of the TCH staff to change something on the server that we users don't have access to. Usually that's the case when we need to open a ticket for problems like these.
