How are you uploading? The characters are not in the include file but in the main file at the beginning before the include so that is why it does not occur on the other pages. What program are you using to create the page? It should like the characters could be added there but not showing in the editor. -

I have access to the server directly so I looked at the code on the server itself. My guess it is was added somehow when the file was uploaded. The three characters were the first three in the file right before the php include. -

Try it now. I did look at the code on the server and the three characters were in the code. I removed the cahracters. It is difficult to say how they got there without knowing more abit how you created the pages. -

Sorry for the confusion. Normally we would ask on the first ticket for you to confirm that you want everything including email, databases, etc. deleted. This is to prevent misunderstandings where the account is reprovisioned and then have an angry user that didn't want email deleted. I am not sure that having an option for the user to reset the account would save us any time. I suspect we would have a lot of requests to restore a backup after accidental resets. If you need to have the reset again just open a Help Desk ticket and request to have the account reprovisioned.

From looking at the Whois record, it appears that the domain has expired so it is not working. You should contact the registration department to renew the domain.

From the description it sounds like her ISP may block port 25 to external SMTP servers. She should try changing the SMTP port to port 26 and try sending.

I answered your Help Desk ticket but will post here as well so others can see the information. If you create a full backup of your account in cPanel and download it to your local computer you can find the mailman files in the backup. The mailman configuration files are in a folder called mm and the archives in a folder called mma.

Just spoke to my brother and they are leaving in a bit from Houston. My sister moved in with him when she evacuated from St. Bernard Parish so it is pretty freaky to be leaving again so soon. I'm glad we live in the mountains.

In Outlook there is a setting under the More Settings/Outgoing Server tab that says "My Outgoing Server requires Authentication that should be checked. You should use the same settings as the Incoming Server.

I spoke with my sister this afternoon. She left her house east of NO at 2 am Sunday and drove to Houston to stay with my brother. She had spoken with the landlady and the house she moved into last month is flooded with water up to the roofline. She's pretty shaken up having lost basically everything including the new appliances and such but is safe.

We talked to my sister this morning as she was headed to Houston to stay with my brother. She lives in NO and is in an area prone to flooding so she is wondering what she will come back to. We're just glad she is out of town.

In answer to a few questions in the recent replies, the problem is not related to the removal of NeoMail. NeoMail was disabled at the beginning of the month and the errors with forwarders did not occur until three weeks or more later. The issue was not one with all accounts, many accounts were not affected at all, only a few lost the forwarders. In most cases it a ticket was submitted fairly quickly and we restored from the backups. There were backups available. Both, however, were made after the problem occurred so the file backed up was missing the forwarders. Part of the reason it took a bit longer to reply (although the reply was in under an hour if I recall) was that we were checking both the backup available on the server and the backup on the offsite server. I also checked to see if there was a backup that you have made in your server space.

If you access SquirrelMail using /webmail after your domain then the addressbook is in the .sqmaildata. If you are accessing it using /sqmail (to go through port 80) the data directory where your addressbook is stored is not accessible. There are two installations of Squirrelmail and the addressbooks are separate.

Shared SSL is not available on reseller servers for either the main account or client accounts.
