Hi, I just uploaded my new site. The banner has 0101010101010 under the main text (comconnex) that is supposed to scroll. It works on my desktop but once uploaded it does not. You can see what i mean at comconnex.com Any idea why this is not working???? BTW is already reinstalled the FP extensions.

This will work to secure individual pages on the website. My thought was to create a subdomain like email.**** and then redirect it to https://serverXX.totalchoicehosting.com/~si.../nameofpage.htm. Is there anyway of masking the address above so that the subdomain (email.**** ) would appear instead of https://serverXX.totalchoicehosting.com/~si.../nameofpage.htm. Your help and input would be appreciated.

Hello, I am looking at adding a page to my website that has a customized login section for sqmail. Is there anyway of making the page that contains the login html secure using the shared SSL that TCH offers. That way when folks enter their login information it is on a page secured by SSL. Any help would be appreciated!!

I think it would be best to open a helpdesk ticket to get a prompt resolve to your problem. Here are a few thoughts on the situation: 1) If for some reason the pop server was unavailable the sending server attempts to resend the email over and over for at least 24 hours. I doubt if a TCH service would be down that long. 2) Could it be some other mail client is deleting mail from the server. (mobile mail client, etc.)? 3) Is it possible there is a sending problem on the other end. Some ISP block the port 25 (SMTP) or maybe their mail queue is not working right. 4) A antivirus program could be stopping outgoing mail if it is infected with a virus. Just a few thoughts.

Good point......if they continue to have problems I will park the domain with TCH. That would eliminate the second failure op. Up to this year Godaddy has been reliable. This last month was the first time I have had issues. The trace route above looks like it resolved to a Godaddy's IP address but it looks like it is passing through a unresponsive router first. (or it could be their outside router just passing data) 21 - - 0.0.0.0 Unknown No Response 22 14 6 64.202.167.129 Unknown ip-64-202-167-129.secureserver.net Thoughts? Thanks

I think I knew that........ see quote from prior post,,,,thanks though Mike......I am glad that they will be labeled again. It makes it easier to hit the status page...notice what's up or down and then move on. It also eliminates the need to click the button to see what service is down. The way it was before was great. ok ok I guess I could have been clearer on what I meant. What is alive? Such as http, smtp. ssl, mysql. Unless you click on each button you don't know what is alive. Maybe you could name each "host is alive". such as SMTP/Alive etc. Also when will the other servers be added...Those past 79. Thanks

Hello, The server status page that loads shows "host is alive". In my opinion I don't find this helpful at all. What is "alive"? Also what happend to the rest of the servers after 79.... This page does no good for somebody on server 80 and above. Maybe it is still being worked on at this point? Thanks

I noticed that the IMCP & myql on the status page show 0ms in reply time. Is this correct? (see attached) stats.doc

If you are having problem with both browers I would suggest doing a traceroute and see if there are any delays in the data route. Sometime a flaky internet connection can cause jerky page loads. Also check to make sure that a firewall is not interrupting data flow. Hope this helps
