Hi, I checked that there were no server changes to Horde last night (there were none), and I also logged into your Horde, and everything looked fine - I could select all messages, or none - and get them ticked, unticked without an issue. One thing that I don't understand - you talk about the menu on the left hand side frame. The only webmail that fits this description to me is sqmail not Horde. I have checked your sqmail - and that is also working fine. Is it possible that you were using squirrel mail - and now using Horde, and getting confused between the two? I suggest following up with exact details via the ticket if you continue to have any issues.

Have you checked the firewall in your router? As well as the one in XP.

Hi, I'm not sure I understand fully, so the best thing it to see the problem ourselves - can you open a ticket at the help desk, with all the passwords etc, and we'll take a look.

Well done Thomas I've also changed the topic title, to make it easier for others to find the thread, if they have the same problem with this script.

Hi Weezy, You can find a full list of independent comments at findmyhosting - independent comments Maybe we should provide a link from the page you refer to, where there is a graphic regarding these comments. Edit: Fixed URL to correct broken graph

Hi Dave, It depends if you want to control where those robots / spiders go to. If you are happy for them to follow all links, then yes, a blank file is fine.

Hi Mark, This error is usually caused by a blank line at the end of the script, or because it was uploaded using binary from dos (rather than ascii). Have you got a link to the error?

Welcome to the family From the symptoms you say, it's usually that the passive mode is not on. What FTP client are you using ?

Hotlink Protection For Folders?
TCH-Andy replied to jhollin1138's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
Do you want to prevent all access to most people? (in which case you can password protect those folders) If it's just graphics being hotlinked in come folders, then you can edit the .htaccess in those folders see guide to hotlink protection for details. -
You're welcome Glad it's sorted

Welcome to the forums Looking at your source code, you use 'case' in your naming - ie. London_feb2005_2/IMG_0056.jpg. Please note that the servers are case sensitive - hence if you put upper case JPG on the end, this is different to lower case jpg. So it might be worth checking what case you have used.

Hi, I assume you are using Invision. If you are using a different board, please tell us which one. 1. You can use group images, and you can turn off avatars to potentially achieve what you want. 2. You can disallow uploads for avatars - or disallow avatars completely. As for creation of avatars, you can create them in most graphics packages.

How To Have Two Url That Take You To The Same Page
TCH-Andy replied to rnmcd's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
We do not support any forms of URL masking at TotalChoice Hosting, which is effectively what you are asking (if I understand you correctly). The reason being, if it were taken to the extreme, such methods could be used to spoof sites for phishing and other such purposes. I would suggest changing it to provide a copy of the file 124.jpg at sunrise. -
How To Have Two Url That Take You To The Same Page
TCH-Andy replied to rnmcd's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
It is more to do with search engines that anything else. If Permanent, most search engines will reset the original link - and just remember the link you have forwarded it to. If Temporary, they will remember both. -

Hi, If you just have a small number, and I understand you correctly, the best way is to add a redirect from cpanel. -
My Site Doesn't Work Properly In Ie Without "www."
TCH-Andy replied to rnmcd's topic in Scripting Talk
Yes, I think the purpose of the code it to have IE interpret it differently - it adds a different Java script. I could only 'see' the config[baseurl] because you submitted a ticket earlier - so I logged in and had a look before responding to your ticket. -
My Site Doesn't Work Properly In Ie Without "www."
TCH-Andy replied to rnmcd's topic in Scripting Talk
Most other browsers will interpret the following code as comment, yes ><!--[if IE]> code <![endif]--> However, IE will interpret the code. -
My Site Doesn't Work Properly In Ie Without "www."
TCH-Andy replied to rnmcd's topic in Scripting Talk
Because you have the code >[if IE]><style type="text/css" media="screen">body{behavior:url(<?PHP echo $config[baseurl]?>/css/csshover.htc);}</style><![endif]-- in your script -
My Site Doesn't Work Properly In Ie Without "www."
TCH-Andy replied to rnmcd's topic in Scripting Talk
Hi, I've had a quick look at the server - and can't see any issues there. However, I would have a look at 3 things. 1. Has the script got any checks for IE in it - and then performs separate functions if it does or doesn't. 2. It is probably also picking up a config parameter for the base URL from a config file - check this is correct. 3. Check you do not have any rewrites in your .htaccess which could conflict with the script calls. -
Looking at the SSL info, it expires on 10/2/2006 - so it's still valid. Not sure why whois reporting otherwise at the moment.

You should be able to access / reset the password in cpanel via phpMyAdmin and editing the MySQL database. -
Hi Weezy, What error message do you get ?
-
Hi helpbytes, Welcome to the family Log files will run overnight (GMT) for European servers, since the load is lowest then. If loads were primarily caused by Amercans connections, then it would be best to host that site on an American server, and not a European server. Remember that it is the stats for all sites bring updated, so it does take a while to update the stats for the whole server. This is also why we run it once per day, overnight.
