Is the $79 semi-dedicated server plan just like the shared reseller plan except with fewer people and more disc space and bandwidth? Please tell me which of the following are correct: I would not have shell access. I would have to make sure none of my programs used too much resources. I would not be able to use any of the "banned scripts". I would have no control over what libraries are installed. I could not have running services/daemons that listened on ports like streaming media server. I could not resell "reseller accounts" Thanks!

I had some difficulty with that as well. It seems the first line of each email is slightly different for different email clients. Make a new email account, and send some messages to it. Then, download that mbox file and you will see the proper format that you need to use.

That isn't necessarily a problem with your account, being a shared server, it could be someone elses account clogging things up. Submit a help ticket.

This has been a constant battle for me. The problem stays a few weeks, and then everything work a few weeks... When you make the backup, it gives you a md5 to verify that it is downloaded correctly. If it wasn't working, it was probably corrupted like you said.

I can connect remotely with no problems to mine. I added % to the hosts in cpanel. This removes all ip-based security. Make sure the username is correct - it has your cpanel username at the front of it Make sure the database name is correct - it has your cpanel username at the front ot it. Make sure your password is correct - it does NOT have your cpanel username at the front of it, For the hostname, make sure to use ****** exactly like that. The port should be 3306. Make sure your firewall allows connections both ways through port 3306. Don't worry about the privledges - leave them at default for full access...
