I think the best way to get a specific answer for your account would be to open a help desk ticket. I realize that this is probably a server-farm-wide setting, but there is a chance that a setting woudl be different on a different server. Also, the help desk would be the way to go to find out if there would be an account-specific relaxation of a particular policy. Generally speaking, the help desk is the best place to find answers to server-specific or setting-specific questions. Hope that helps.

gstc, Welcome to the TCh forums! I am not an expert PHP-er, but my first thought is maybe PHP List uses some mailing script that has been banned because of security vulnerabilities, but I don't know. The people at the help desk can tell you if there has been a change to your account in the last couple of weeks that might have made a difference... Maybe the recent PHP upgrade caused trouble... Just rambling here as I think off the top of my head. Have you checked your PHP / MySQL versions against the version of PHP List to see if they are still compatible? Are you using the most recent version of PHP List? Maybe somebody more knowledgable than me will come along and give you better advice. In any case, welcome to the forums.

I can see it now too on the web. Hatmaker, check to see if all is working; maybe a ticket may not be necessary after all...

Wow! How fun!! Good luck! We have a neighborhood kid who is about 4 years old. We were giving him a ride a couple of months ago, and as we backed out of the parking spot, he noticed the SUV next to us. He said, "That's a Chevy. I hate Chevys." My wife asked him, "Oh really? What kind of cars do you like?" He responded, "I like Fords!" (His dad drives a mammoth Ford F350; I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.) Then last week we had visitors staying at our house. Their rental car was a Chevy Trailblazer. (I fell in love with that SUV. It is perfectly sized for a tall person with long legs (You wouldn't know it by looking at my avitar, but I'm 6'5"...).) The neighbor kid came up and said, "Why do you have a Chevy in front of your house? My wife responded, “Our friends are visiting, and it is the car they are driving. It’s pretty cool, isn’t it?” Cole thought about it and said, “Well, yeah. But it’s a Chevy!” Anyway, funny story aside, best wishes!!

If you end up with the JS roll-over option, I'd suggest having your images be .gif images instead of .jpg images. Because of .jpg's compression, it doesn't do a great job on large fields of a single color (such as your green background). I'd bet you can get really small .gif versions of those images, and they'll look a lot higher in quality. Just a thought. Good luck. ( hows the newest addition to the Jensen family?)

Hi mcduffies. Glad you got things straightened out. The problem with a subject like "Account Subject to Cancellation" is that may spam filters would pick that up as a SPAM message and toss it in the spam bin. Bruce, great suggestion about creating a TCH filter for email. What are your filter criteria?

Warning about dodo's mail: I don't think it is a secure script. I'm not a professional scripter, and I don't understand everything her script does, but it is my own personal opinion that her script is NOT properly checking for header injection. Thus, installing her script on your site could be trouble. Be very careful with using that script until somebody can verify that it is secure from header injections!!!

If you get a chance, I'd recommend you at least take a peak at what WordPress has to offer you. Especiallly with a Fantastico installation, switching to WP is easier than ever. WordPress supports multple users, and is compeletly free with lots of plugins and great support. So, if you are interested, you might check it out. WordPress can even import your MT posts. (Hey, just for fun, set up a test WP install with Fantastico and import your content. If you don't like it, you can one-click uninstall from Fantastico again.) Best wishes.
