But most likely the address that it says the mail came from was probably spoofed or doesn't even exist.

I just tried your index page and it loaded fine.

Since it can only count IE accurately you would have to compare the percentage of viewers you have using IE versus other browsers. If most of your viewers are using IE I would think it would be a pretty reliable figure. Of course this is just my thought.

From the www.awstats.org glossary page Hope that helps.

I am using IE6 with all available updates installed on a Windows 98 machine. I also checked using IE6 from and NT4 workstation and no yellow background appeared.
-
I looked at the page with IE and I didn't notice any background color difference. I've attached a screen shot.

Have you tried sending an actual email as TCH-Rick asked above? You can also try changing the logon email address to contain a "+" instead of the "@" in your email address.

Welcome to the family, The Wild One!

Try changing your outgoing mail server (SMTP) port to 26 and see if that helps.

Norm, I'm on Road Runner and have my outgoing mail server using my domain hosted here at TCH. In your setup, set your outgoing mail server to your domain mail server. Uncheck the Logon using Secure Authentication. Make sure to check the My server requires authentication box, select the Settings button and make sure the radio button for Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected. This is the setup for Outlook Express.

Yes, I'm sure that's possible. Submit a Help Desk ticket. You can find the link at the top of the forum pages. Don't be afraid to ask questions. There's always someone here that will offer help.

I think you could leave them at 600. Permissions are owner-group-world. 600 is owner has read-write permissions and group and world cannot access it.

Robert, New servers are on-line and orders will be able to be placed soon. Check out this thread Thank you for your patience.

No files are originally included in the cgi-bin folder. Only things that have been added by installing cPanel add-ons.

Excellent news indeed!

Forwarding Mail To Aol And Spam Complaints

First off, welcome to the family Dexter. Do you access your AOL from more than one computer? Is that the reason you want to forward your email to your AOL account? If so you may consider web mail to access your domain account. On your primary computer, you could run an POP3 email client (Outlook Express, Outlook, Eudora, etc...) to access your domain email. -
feelsome, I'm sure Bill will get new servers online as quickly as he can. Hang in there.

Just test quoting here quoting here, too. quoted here works 4 me ! Thumbs Up OMG! its a chain quote It didn't quote once for me today but it is now!
-
In your email program under the account setup options try setting your outgoing SMTP server port to 26 instead of 25. You don't state which email client program you are using.
-
Are the FrontPage extensions installed for his site? In cPanel select Front Page Extensions, it will tell you if they are installed or not.
