  1. Check the skins_boards.php file. I think that's the one you are looking for.
  2. HAPPY EASTER ALL
  3. Welcome to the family duffs
  4. More and more Internet providers are blocking port 25 to prevent spamming. Just wish it would work!
  5. Welcome to the forum dyrymi Are the files write enabled? Are you receving errors? If you re-edit are the changes you are making still there? Usually it's a case of not having proper permissions to save the changes.
  6. Welcome to the forums Richard If you are accessing cpanel using http: you need to open port 2082 If you are accessing cpanel using https: you need to open post 2083

  10. Here is a movie tutorial on creating a custom error page.
  11. Well, I never went any further than running the checks before the actual setup and it complained about so many things which I don't have time to track down while I am at work I just came back and you said it was solved. When I get some time or one of the other mods have some time maybe they can install it and write up some new instructions to install it.
  12. Good, glad it's solved! I downloaded the prerelease and tried installing it and it had problems with the NetPBM and ImageMagik and some other things.
  13. You are aware that is a prerelease But it should still work.
  14. What version of Gallery are you trying to install?
  15. Welcome to the family and forums Hilary! You are on server 87 and when you log into your cPanel it should display "Welcome to server 87". If it does not please submit a help desk ticket to support and report it please. Thank you.
  16. Have you tried TCH-David's suggestion above?
  17. You don't have access to these and ImageMagick is installed correctly with the proper permissions. Don't know if NetPBM is installed but if it is the perms would be correct on it also. Sounds more like the folders for the gallery install are not set to the proper permissions.
  18. Glad you figured it out.
  19. Sorry, Ty. In additon to my HOSTS file being altered to prevent ad servers from serving images I also use adaware, spybot search & destroy and spyware blaster. I am behind a router too. Thankfully something is blocking these windows from appearing. Also, I do not allow cookies except from the originating site and keep cookies only for the current browser session. For sites that I want to store cookies I add them manually as exceptions.
  20. I'm sure you can find something over at hotscripts.com that you could use. Also moving to more appropriate forum.
  21. Welcome to the forums gd
  22. I've changed the topic title, to make it easier for others to find the thread, if they have the same problem.
  23. Since I am the one that mentioned it I will say that you are correct. However I have a batch file on my desktop that I can click to rename the HOSTS file so that I can see a particular site and then run a batch file to rename it back. This way I don't have to edit the HOSTS file.
  24. Do you want to stop them. Edit your Hosts file. On Win 2K and XP it's in the Windows --> System32 --> drivers --> etc folder. Open it with Notepad and enter the following lines. 127.0.0.1 z1.adserver.com 127.0.0.1 patientsactionnetwork.org Now go back and try again. You shouldn't see them. What you have done by editing the Hosts file is tell it to look at your machine for those sites. Since they don't exist they don't pop-up/under.
  25. No ASP is available on Linux but not here at TCH. You can google for "ASP on Linux" and you will find lots of links.
