Hi TCH friends I want to create an e-mail address that "contains" 5 other e-mail addresses. So when a person sends an e-mail to "xyz@...." this message is sent to all 5 users that belong to this "xyz" group. Should I use "mailing lists"? Is there another TCH tool to control this? A question to all of those who used to work with CSB forms. It has stopped working during these last 2 weeks. Now I know I HAVE to find some other program/function in order to my visitors to sign for my newsletters. Please, what do you advise for a complete HTML, PHP, JAVA...DUMMY? Some people have advised to use Ultimate Form Mail ... but that´s too dificult for a dummy. Is there something even more friendly than UFM? Thanks a lot. Weiser

Dear TCH friends I have been trying to send some e-mails to a server in Brazil. The e-mails are being refused because "Plug In servers reject connections from remote SMTP servers that do not comply with RFC 1912 (Reverse DNS Name with a valid and authoritative PTR entry". Is there somenting I can do so I don´t get this error message again? Thanks Sergio

Hi TCH Family I am sure this is an easy one, but I have no idea how to solve it. I want to create a customized 404 page. I went to the "Error Pages" section of Control Panel and to the 404 part. Then it shows some tags to be inserted - inserted where (no jokes please I use CuteSiteBuilder for my site. After creating the customized 404 page, how do I direct the users (that tried a wrong page) to the customized page? What do I do with those tags? Thanks for your help. Sergio www.lsselection.com.br

Hello all I have just moved my site from a Brazilian Hosting Provider to TCH. The same site that was working in Brazil, is not working in TCH. I have realized that the pages that do not work have special characters (like ç, á, é, ê, ó, ã...and so on, the same used in spanish) in the title. By the way, the site is www.lsselection.com.br Can anyone tell me if there is a way to make them work in TCH? Thanks in advance for you help. Sergio
