You cannot create an FTP user to use the /home/user/public_ftp folder. It has to be something inside your public_html folder.

Depends on your size requirements. Usually with a blog you wouldn't need more then the Starter or Basic plans. Those plans are only $4 or $5 a month, and the lowest cost reseller plan is $20. So if you are only hosting two domains the individual accounts would save you money.

Welcome the forums Just-Ted While it's possible to do it with one installation, it would be simpler to create a new instance of Movable Type especially if you don't want the domains to mix at all. Movable Type can handle multiple blogs but they are all stored in the same database.

Here is a link to the installation instructions I would download the current version of phpBB to install from their site and not install the one that is in your cPanel. Download the full version of phpBB 2.0.14 to your computer and then upload it to you webspace and use the cPanel File Manager to extract the archive.

Spam Assassin will learn as it continues to catch emails. You can change the level from 5 to something lower if you want it to catch more messages but it could also start flagging good email as spam. I know there is a way to feed it messages but I don't know how to do it. Maybe someone else here can give you some ideas.

Annie, spam karma tries and does a pretty good job killing trackback spam as well. Version 2 of spam karma will handle it better.

I always load the new version as soon as I hear that it's out. 3.97 works fine on XP.

No processing of email is done on forwarded email. The server just passes it along to where you tell it to go. So it won't be possible to have boxtrapper work on a forwarded email address.
