Another suggestion. Each email client has a Leave Message on server check box for what to do with the mail once it's retreived. If you are accessing from mutiple machines which one do you want them stored on permanently? Just set that machine to delete from the server and not the others. Only thing to remember is to POP your mail on that machine last. Or you could set your email clients to use MAPI instead of POP. And use Tim's suggestion for deleting or just delete the messages with the email client or webmail.

I haven't used .shtml pages since coming to TCH. Yes, my old host required .shtml extensions to use #include statements. Once I moved the accounts here I switched them all back to .htm and .html and have even changed one site to .php. It's a task if you have a lot of pages but in the long run well worth it.

Have you followed the installation instructions? These were the instructions I followed when installing.

I only installed it once and had no problems doing so. Of course I installed it on a propagated domain. I don't think that's the problem though. Looks more like a permissions problem.

It's 4.4.1 on the three servers I have accounts on.

I would start with the list manager and get him booted. However if he has signed up on multiple lists with the same address he could be reported as a spammer and have the server blacklisted. I would open a ticket with the help desk and report it as abuse.

I'm with Andy, never used one for the same reasons. But if you must use one then check hotscripts.com. But be warned, if you site is hijacked to send spam it will be suspended.
