One of two things: Your config is not correct and it's looking in the wrong place or you don't have the correct permissions set on the files.

Welcome to the forums nanny. While I don't know of any flash tools available (I don't use them) there are many image editing programs that will allow you to resize and resample your images for the web making them smaller in size without too much loss in quality.

If you have a reseller account you would add it through the web host manager (WHM). If you just have a regular account you cannot add another web site without a second account or a reseller account. You can park a domain that points to the current web site by opening a ticket with the help desk.

Welcome to the forums When you say you cleared those folder we are presuming you meant the folders on your account residing on the server and not an email client. If that is what you meant then check the Spam folder as Andy suggested. If not, it's the folders on the server that need clearing.

I'm not sure what kind of answer you are looking for. Email is not encrypted on the server so anyone with system level access (techs) have access to read anything in the files. Would they? Not unless required by law. How secure is the URL? That depends on how secure their passwords are. It is the users responsibility to use difficult to guess passwords and change them often if required.
