  1. I used to use a cool little script cal 'GAL' (Global Address List - http://www.jontylovell.net/phpscripts/gal) on a site I ran on another provider, but now when I try to install and run it on my new site (http://www.morrismasters.com) I get the following error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare file_get_contents() in /home/mjezouqu/public_html/gal/gal.php on line 3 I've tried setting everything to 777, so I'm pretty sure it's not permissions and now at a loss. It's probably something really obvious, but I'm stumped. Help!
  2. OK the move went SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTH!! It took less than 24 hours to get everything moved over, database loaded (by Tech Support - thanks!), scripts changed and DNS updated and propagated. Access speeds are BLAZING compared to my old host and all my users are extremely happy. You guys ROCK!
  3. OK I checked lower down the forum and found the answer. I will submit a trouble ticket.
  4. OK it looks like I did a partial sign up as I received an email with a payment reminder. Trouble is that it doesn't give me any instructions on how to pay the invoice. Help!
  5. When I try to sign up and get to the part where I have to pay I keep getting the following error: 'Domain popside.com already exists on this system' Thoughts?
  6. Oh, OK. There is no real point in waiting to transfer the domain, then. That's awesome news - just one less thing for me to remember! Thanks Don! Thumbs Up
  7. OK guys I am ready to make the jump with one of my sites. Domain name is http://www.popside.com. I think it would be best for me to transfer the domain also, so that I only have to pay a bill in one place. Can you give me a 'transferring domains for dummies' run down, so I don't screw it up and a best guess as to how long it would take before the site was up and running again, (assuming that I have all the files and database already FTP'd and loaded prior to transfer)? Actually, I just had a lightbulb go on. I still have about 9 months left with my current registrar. If I were to just change the name server and transfer about a month prior to my domain needing to be renewed, that would work, wouldn't it? Again, how long before the website was operational if I went this route?
  8. woooot 18 minutes to get a response! Impressive! Thanks a bunch.
  9. I am very impressed by the level of service you obviously provide after viewing this message board. I am considering moving 3 websites over here but wanted to ask a few questions first. First, there is no mention on the size of the mySQL database that is allowed. Currently, one of my websites is a very active phpBB2 forum and I am forced to autoprune it at about 11 days due to the restriction on the size of the database. Does the 450MB of space include web space AND database space? Second, and I think I already know the answer but will ask anyway, would I need to have 3 separate accounts/plans for each domain or could I host all three under one account/plan? Third, if I were to transfer an existing domain/website hosted here under the Starter Plan my annual costs would be $44 +$10.95 = $54.95, correct? Or would the domain registration fee be waived? I'm a little unclear as to how that works. Thanks in advance for your help.
