Welcome to the forums moxsl You may have an easier go of it if you publish to a folder on your hard drive and then use an FTP client to move your site (or changes) to the server.

    Gd

I believe GD is installed on all the TCH servers. If it's not on your server please open a help desk ticket to support. Link above.
  7. I wasn't sure if it was possible or not. Without your own SSL cert it may not be.
  8. Test your knowledge I scored 6-under (16).
  9. Welcome to the forums jrg70 Delete the email account but not the forward and it will forward all email and none will be left on the server.
  10. Edit the .htaccess file manually after you set up the redirect to add the "s" and it should work. The .htaccess file can be edited using File Manager in cPanel. It will be in the public_html folder.
  11. Do you have your own SSL certificate?
  12. Correct, the only way you can exclude them is to put them in their own sub domain. As far as I know.
  13. Welcome to the forums Smudge
  14. Well, if you were hosted here AwStats would be active in cPanel and I'm guessing that's why it's not working at your current host's site. Sorry.
  15. I'll second that! First thing I remove when I purchase a new computer that comes with it. Anyway, glad you sorted it out.
  16. Welcome to the forums Randa Taking the code without having a form processor on the back side to handle it would result in it not working. If you are going to be adding email forms to your site you must make sure that the forms processor script that you use is secure. Take a look at Ultimate Form Mail.
  17. Welcome to the forums RedNight. Sorry, I don't have an answer for you but maybe one of our other members will be able to shed some light on it.
  18. If the files were in a sub domain they would have their own stats and not be included in the regular stats.
  19. Hello everyone, Please take a moment to welcome TCH-JimE (Jim Eatwell) as the latest member of the moderator team, he will also be helping to make sure things stay in order. Jim used to help out here at TCH and has graciously agreed to do so again.
  20. Not sure, never activated it on any of my accounts. If that doesn't work open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to disable it for you.
  21. According to the documentation: It looks to me that it only works if you are using a POP3 client and the POP3 client is not set up to delete email from the server. It will then delete email messages older than the number of days you specify. However most people that POP mail also delete the mail from the server at the same time. So I guess if you wanted to POP mail from several machines you could set them all up to not delete and add a specified number of days to keep mail after it's been received and it would automatically be deleted.
  22. Welcome to the forums. I see the same time on each reload as well.
  23. Is your site hosted here at TCH? If so the instructions given should be working. Also AwStats is part of cPanel. The only purpose of this version is to allow others access to AwStats without giving them access to cPanel.
