  3. Bradly - a help desk ticket would probably be a better place to ask these questions. Send it to Billing.

  5. It's in the same backup section of cpanel. You will see your databases listed to be backed up. Along with alias and filter files you can backup.
  6. The full backup is everything set up in your account. If you needed to restore a full backup you would upload the file and open a ticket with the help desk to have them restore it. The home backup function does not include databases or aliases or your filters. But you can restore these files without opening a help desk ticket in most cases.
  7. Sami, if you have a router you can block access for IPs within your company.

  10. Thanks for clearing it up David.
  11. They will receive a page error and I do not believe you can change the text.
  12. Welcome to the forums Dazza
  13. Glad you got it working

  16. When you look at the list of folders, does the folder you have selected to be password protected have a lock next to it? Did you remember to check the box and click the Save button? The .htaccess file that would have commands in it for an authenticated user will be in the password protected directory and not your wordpress .htaccess file. I just tested it and it does work.

  18. You cannot password protect one page through cPanel. You can password protect a folder but not a page. Well I guess you could password protect one page if you put it in it's own password protected folder.
  19. Besides what Rob said, my wife runs a G2 gallery and is receiving no errors. Open a help desk ticket and have the techs have a look.
  20. Looks like it may be ticket time. There is a link to the help desk at the top of this post or in my signature.
  21. Sorry, guess I should have been more specific. You said you uploaded the directory. I assumes that was a folder from your PC to the server with MT already extracted. Changing the permission on the tar file isn't going to help. I would start over. Re-upload the tar.gz file in binary mode. If it won't extract open a ticket with the help desk and have one of the techs take a look.
  22. Well, there is not enough information to diagnose what the error is. I would open a help desk ticket and see if the techs can help.
  23. You would use the following: >http://your-TCH-domain.ext:2095 But you will be required to enter your email address and password information before the page will display.
