  1. Thanks Thomas
  2. I checked with the support staff and php exec() is disabled on the servers. It would be faster to ask questions of this nature on the help desk.
  3. If you want to access the installation as a sub-domain (myboard.mysite.com) create the sub-domain first through cPanel and then install into the folder name you used to create the sub-domain. Otherwise you will have to create a redirect or access the board with mysite.com/myboard Using the create a sub-domain in cPanel it will create the folder for you. Do not create the folder first. Just an FYI.
  4. The TCH servers support TLS. Nothing special, just select it in the client you will be using.
  5. Thanks OJB. One account per domain. You can park other domains on top of that one domain but it has to enter your site at the same point as the original domain. Parking is not the same as additional domains. And policy is one account one domain. You can create a subdomain bluray.moviemansguide.com but you may not point a separate domain to it. From the Acceptable Use Policy
  6. Thanks Thomas
  7. Thanks Thomas.
  8. No, for separate content with another domain name you require a separate hosting account. You cannot post another domain name to any files or folders within your account. You can get around this limitation by upgrading to a reseller account.
  9. Welcome to the forums Kent It would be hard to pick any package on a shared server that would accommodate 400 people trying to pull 40-45meg files. I would recommend a dedicated server for that.
  10. I would start by disabling the last mod you added to your forum. If you were not having issues before that it could be the cause.
  11. It is possible.
  12. Is your forum software current? Add a captcha to your registration form if you don't already have one. Check for plugins to your forum software that combats spam.
  13. A 301 code is a redirect status code. If you feel your site has been compromised please open a ticket with the help desk and have the support staff investigate.
  14. Thanks Thomas

  20. Welcome to the forums NeedHelpalot As Bob suggests, see what all your boyfriend has done. Did he test it after installing the new memory?
  21. Glad I could help.
  22. AwStats is on all servers. If you aren't seeing it in you cPanel please open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to look into it.
