Samporras, That is one fancy calculator . I did a little research and that calculator was written by a guy named Karl Jeacle. You can buy that calculator to use on a website for $175 http://www.jeacle.ie/mortgage/. (there is a link on the right for information on purchasing a license) Or, you could try going to a site like Hotscripts there are some basic mortgage calculators scripts. You might find some free or low cost scripts there. Good Luck!

I have a question on what Lianna wrote about the SSL certificate... In the add on section of the plans it says: Dedicated SSL $35/Install $85/Yearly So to set up SSL on a site it would cost $120 ($35+85) then $85 each year after that? I am getting ready to sign up for a new site that will need Dedicated SSL and want to make sure I understand the costs involved. (I already have the cert.) Thanks!

I agree...my whataburger last night was excellent! The flu can kill you...heck a paper cut can kill you*, so what are you going to do stay home with your hands in your pocket everyday? 36,000 Americans die every year from the flu. As of December 1, 2003, a total of 153 cases of Creutzfeldt-Jakob (mad-cow) Disease had been reported in the WORLD. Considering the odds, I'll keep eating beef. (and like Head Guru, I prefer it still mooing) *One of my clients contracted necrotizing fasciitis (flesh eating virus) from a paper cut on his finger, luckily he got treatment quickly all is fine now.

I guess I should take the silence as a "no"?

Has there been any decision on offering an email only plan? I have a friend that is looking for an email only (pop3) plan, she wants to use her own domain (she doesn't want to go with yahoo or hotmail etc.) and she doesn't want a website attached to it. I know she could just get the starter plan, but that seems like overkill for just one email account that will send/receive only a few emails a month. Thanks!!

Joe, I'll let someone official respond to the question of running the VP-ASP cart here, but have you taken a look at the OSCommerce cart? After taking a look at the VP-ASP demo (quickly) it doesn't look too much different than what you would get with OSCommerce, and OSCommerce is a one-click install from the Cpanel here!! Take a look at OSCommerce's online demo here: http://www.oscommerce.com/osCommerce22ms2/ Or, go here: http://www.oscommerce.com/shops/live to take a look at what other people have done with OSCommerce. I have been playing with it on my site (to convince my mother to switch her shopping cart to OSCommerce, so it's not a live site) but if you want to take a look at it, PM me and I will give you the URL. Take Care, Groovy P.S. My mom now loves OSCommerce so we will be moving her site to TCH and setting up OSCommerce for her store sometime 1st Quarter 2004.

I just stumbled on this today while on Visibone's website (www.visibone.com) http://www.visibone.com/font/FontResults.html They are running a Font Survey to get the % of fonts available (to browsers) on different OS's. I thought the results were pretty interesting. (You can take part in the automated font survey too by going here: http://www.visibone.com/font/tests.html) **Just so you know, the first font test takes a while**

Kiss Kiss was the first 8-track I bought. My dad worked as a systems analyst for Monsanto and he brought me the computer, so I am not sure if it was even a retail brand.

cassette tape I don't remember the model of my first computer (late 70's)...but I do remember having to load program from a cassette tape. And spending hours playing text adventure games...
