  1. Did you add your IP or the wildcard % to Access Hosts in ManageMySQL?
  2. Make sure you fill in everything. Even leaving off the Nick option caused it to not create.
  3. I have never worked with wap before, but when viewed it gives a mysql error. You can check it online at gelon.net
  4. Yes I set the permissions on all files in the directories. Sorry that was typo. i'm not sure what the issue is. Check you PM and we will see what we can do.
  5. You don't have to install it into a seperate directory. You can put them all under public_htmml, just remove any extra contact.php files that you are not using.
  6. The great thing is that it literally takes two minutes to install. It also has a few premade forms. Just edit one of the contact.php files to customize it if it doesn't meet your needs.
  7. The easiest one that I know of is Ultimate Form Mail Script. If you have any trouble with it we can give you a hand.
  8. Here is what I have. _Created directory blog and the directory configfolder within blog _Uploaded all files from public_html to blog _Uploaded all files outside of public_html to configfolder _Set permissions to 775 on the following directories: /blog/configfolder/logs /blog/backend /blog/images/articles /blog/images/userphotos _Created DB and User _Edited config.php _Edited lib-common.php The install ran with no problems with this setup. I hope it helps.
  9. You can use DreamWeaver to create and edit Php. I recommend getting a PHP IDE so you can test your scripts and pages locally. moving for organization
  10. donate
  11. Print 0.2.1The only problem, it is not currently compatible with 1.0PR Not sure about this one, I don't have a problem with it. I think this all depends on your bank. I have no problems using it with mine.
  12. Yes those are most likely spammers probing for insecure scripts. I get them on occasion too. We has a little discussion about this a couple of months ago.
  13. Thumbs Up Glad you got it working!
  14. It was deleted by me, The forums are not for tech support. If you have an issue with your website or the server you need to open a support ticket. It wasnt deleted to be rude or to just brush you off, but it has been stated many many times that all server/site issues need to go to the help desk. Please see this post for more info. Forum users posting in other areas of the forums about server issues will see their threads closed or deleted. We really must use the help desk for server issues!
  15. Just add the following to htaccess >AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .html
  16. I tried searching for the ".do" links but found nothing. Then I searched for them on Google and seen all the references to HP, so I searched your site for "HP" and there it was.
  17. Those errors are being caused by the page you have from HP.com http://www.svpocketpc.com/HP_Thread.html Since they use relative links they page you posted a copy of is treating them like internal links. I would edit that page to reflect the original location or remove the links. also I sent you a PM about something that might be of interest to you
  18. I actually don't have a forum on my site anymore, but I used to run phpBB. I do feel your pain though, it can be alot of work to get some forums to look and act the way you want them to. If you search the forums here for phhBB you will see some of the common issues that others have. I also spent alot of time at phpBB.com and phpbbhacks.com to find answers. If you get stuck don't hesitate to ask for help here, a second set of eyes always helps. As for your logo just rename your image to logo_phpBB.gif then crank up your ftp program and navigate to /your_forum_directory/templates/subSilver/images/ then replace logo_phpBB.gif with your image. If you don't have a ftp program then you can upload it via FileManager in cPanel.
  19. On the Admin pageunder General Admin select Configuration and change Site Name replace templates/subSilver/images/logo_phpBB.gif with your own image You also might want to take a look at phpBB.com, they have a great section on working with styles.
  20. We are having some issues with the Live Chat that we use for support. We are looking into it and working on getting it resolved. The issues we are having may make it look like the operator has logged off, text is being lost (unless you click the "view printer friendly" link) Operator doesnt get the alert that someone is in chat which then makes the customer feel like they are being ignored when they dont answer. For now the BEST means of support is the help desk, this has always been our primary support method but some preffer to chat with a person rather than e-mail. If you do use the live chat I assure you, you are not being ignored or brushed off. We hope to get these issues resolved ASAP, even if that means moving to a different chat system.
  21. Look in your cPanel under databases. When you open phpmyadmin your database will be listed on the left. If you have more than on DB then select the one you want from the dropdown. Then just follow the earlier directions. Good luck Thumbs Up
  22. I'm sorry, I should have gone into more detail. Here are all the steps you need to do this. Sorry if they seem over simplified, but you never know who might read this. Register a new user(or use a current account with a known password). Go to phpmyadmin. Open the database for your board and select phpbb_users. Select the Browse tab. Find the user you wish to use. Select the Edit icon next to it. Then change user_level from 0 to 1. That account will now have admin privileges. You can contiue to use that account or log in to the admin panel and assign a new password to the original.

  24. Take a look at this thread, it should answer your question. http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/forums/i...showtopic=12721
