Did you look at the admin/config.inc.php file to check the database info to make sure its still right. I would open a help desk ticket to the techs.

IrfanView can also be used to save an ico image.

One way is to create a new user/password and add the user to the database. Or delete the user and recreate the user with new password and add to database.

You can also get FileZilla as part of Portable Apps Suite for a USB drive

If you are using Outlook Express, then launch Outlook Express and select Tools > Options > maintenance. Click on Store Folder button at the bottom right to see where your emails are located. I changed mine to a folder on a separate drive so I won't lose them if I reinstall Windows.
