I like Free Surfer because you don't have to add rules unless you want. As is, it blocks most pop ups, but you can add a pop up to the list as www.domain.com/adclick and it will block all from that part of a domain.

For me on outlook express, and my primary logon ID I had to use just the user name, not name@mysite.com here is an image that might help. for other email address you create you must use name@mysite.com in the Account Name box hope this helps

Angela, you can check your publish settings at KW Support for CSB. And there you will see In the Cpanel click on the file manager above. Find the folder for public_html and click on the folder icon. Find the index.html and click on the name, select Delete File on the right. Hope this helps.

You can install as many as you have space for, from your Control Panel, no charge, but you need to keep the credit to PhpBB at the bottom of the forum, thats from the PhpBB License.
