You do not do any redirecting your self and you will not see any in .htaccess in fact if you try to add a redirection in .htacces you may cause problems. Do not create the folder, just a subdomain in cpanel and cpanel will create the folder and the redirection.

I did find a page to help explain redirect both in capanel or .htaccess but when you did it in cpanel what did you put in the from and to windows index.html to domain.ext/nuke/ ?

Yep that is what I have to do I created an acount for sending with myISP settings but replaced the return e-mail with my own, and made it the default e-mail so it sends or you can select it when sending.
