The permissions need to be 777 while you are making changes using the admin page. I downloaded the whole guestbook folder and use a text editor and ftp to make changes so I don't have to remember to put the permiossions back. As to the message see this post

I checked several whois places and you are still showing zoneedit nameservers on a few. It can take up to 72 hours for the DNS to propagate.

We do not have access to your account here, but you can open a helpdesk ticket to have the techs check your e-mail account to eliminate that as a possibility. Is your connection to the net solid?

cpanels hot link protection is ify at best I ended up not using it, since every few months it stopped my own site form using images. Every time you do something in cpanel that modifies your .htacces file I wonder if that can mess up the hotlink part.

Are you using hotlinking protection? as KungFòóFairy mentioned, if you are you need to add both the http://subdomain.domain and the http://www.subdomain.domain

Where are the images? in the same folder that represents the subdomain? remember the subdomain is a shortcut to domain/folder If in the same folder as your pages <img src="myimage.jpg" /> will work other wise the absolute url <img src="http://www.domain.com/foldername/myimage.jpg" /> will also work. edit------- I see you are using relative addressing <img src="../objects/ind_flag.gif"> try the absolute address <img src="http://www.inssar.org/objects/ind_flag.gif"> when using in a subdomain
