  1. Welcome to our forums yes you can use ftp. if by http you mean use a browser as ftp for drag and drop, yes or a web based script, yes you also can also use your control panels filemanager (web based) If this is not what you meant, please let us know what you had in mind.
  2. Ty if the e-mail can be seen when you view the source code of the finished page, then spam bots will be able to see them.
  3. You can have tech support park domains on top of your account, but pointing domains to other files, directories, folders and subdomains is against the AUP No but you can get 450 megs for $4 The only customization you can do is to add space and bandwidth as listed on the bottom of the plans page.
  4. Hi welcome to the forums Did you try to remove them in filemanager? if that does not work, open a help desk ticket (link at top of page) and tell tech support whiche folders to remove.
  5. Hi Erik, welcome to our forum. No discounts. it pretty hard to discount a $4 a month plan considering all the space, features and reliability. I have a couple non-profit sites myself and consider $4 a bargain.
  6. Ok when I goto the skins and templates and click on html template just under that. Then click on manage html at the right. Then click on Global HTML elements and find Board Header (logo, links, etc) and click on edit single and then I see the code for the board header. The alternative is to copy the forum/Skin/s1/skin_global.php to your computer and edit it merging posts
  7. if you right click your current forum logo you will see the path and file name like /forums/style_images/1/logo4.gif if you use ftp to goto that folder on your site /forums/style_images/1/ and replace the original logo4.gif with your own logo4.gif it sholud work. A link would help, here or PM if you want.
  8. Unless you are a reseller you can't. What theme do you have? the most common is x2. No promise, but if there is a reason, you may get the techs to change it.

  21. No problem, but it might be worth the trouble to install a script the hard way for the experiance. Then when you run into another script you will know what to do. So for now look at the comfig file to see what was used and look in cpanel > MySql to see the database cpanel created. And just ask if you need more help

  23. Welcome to the Family and your new home! For most database scripts you do the following: after you create the database and user and add uer to database in cpanel>MySql then you need to add something like this for your config. Host: localhost Database Name: cpanelname_databasename Username: cpanelname_username Password: password Although you can also install additional phpbb in cpanel > addon scripts We really are like family here.
