I think you need to use the insert menu Select INSERT from the menu bar. Select Advanced | HTML

I use a file manager called Total Commander from http://www.ghisler.com/ to just go inside of the compressed file by double clicking until you see the folders inside keep going inside to the desired folder and drag the folder I want such as the image folder and drop it in the other window. Then it will uncompress the folder to the other window. Althought I never use the full backup because of its size I use the home directory backups, but this will work.

The reason I asked about the age is that after a length of time the pins on memory chips may become oxidized and need to be removed and reseated to clean the pins. Or they may have worked loose and need to be pushed back all the way in. This needs to be done carefully while grounded. If you are not experienced at this you want to find someone that is. Just some possibility's Do you see any errors while booting during the memory test? or you may not have enough memory for what you are doing. On my old Pentium 90 I had to add 768 meg of memory to keep it working with todays programs.

In WHM ( web host manager) you create your own plans with the amount of space, bandwidth and number of databases, ftp and e-mail accounts. You can also create a feature list to go with each plan to dissable any features you do not want them to have.

In your welcome e-mail it tells you to publish to your site and use the remote folder of public_html which is were your public pages reside and use an index.html or .htm or .php If you are using Front Page that is why they sent you to the help link. Support does not normally help with all the many programs there are to load a web site. That our own responsibility, theirs is to maintain the server and fix account problems. I do not use FP so I can't help you with that, but their must be a setting where you can tell it to use the public_html folder or browse to it. I am sure an FP user will be along soon.
