and my second car was a 1956 Chevy Bel-Air. What a piece of junk. It was so badly rusted, that the cross mounts for the trany rusted out and the trans fell thru to the ground. We had to weld 6' extensions all the way to the rear of the car. It was classic. Oh, and you couldnt park on a incline. The 3 speed trans was shot and the car would roll. We would have to put chocks behind the wheels. Dont even talk about the rear seats. There were holes so big your feet could fit thru, at high speeds it was easy to get the rear passengers wet with a simple puddle drive by. The key broke in the trunk, so the I had to hot wire the car. The only way to start the car was with a flat bladed screw driver. But hey, it had a kicken radio and that was really all we cared about. We cruised Gratiot Ave, from 7 mile all the way up to 18 mile. It was a blast, at times traffic would come to a complete standstill. Or it would just stop to let two fast car drag it out. The police were really hard on the cruisers on Gratiot so we .... Then would cruise woodward ave, from 5 mile all the way up to 14 mile road. Starting at just before dark and we cruised until the police chased us off. The 5/0 on Woodward were pretty easy on us. They really let us cruise. Times were really different then. Girls would "Car Hop" from one cruiser to another. There were no drugs and no one ever got hurt or anything. Wow, that was a fun time in my life. Hard to believe that was almost 20 years ago.

I just had a chat with a customer on IM. We were talking about how the level of customer service in business has declined. I visited the bank yesterday. I consider myself a pretty nice person, and a valued client of my bank. Having all the business accounts there as well as my personal accounts. After seeing the bank officer for some check reodering business, I asked if I could obtain a coffee cup from the bank. I noticed they had really nice cups and thought it would be nice to get a free mug. I was told "yea right pal we dont give away mugs". What has happened to customer service. If one of my employees treated a paying customer that way, well lets just say that employee would be getting their next check from the unemployment office. I thought it would be interesting for others to post their experiances with this type of poor customer service.

I agree. That one line makes me burst out laughing, and all day at my keyboard, I keep saying "they got a pepper bar". Last ad spot that had this much effect on me was the "Wasabie" spots for busweiser. I agree Quiznos is not as good as Tubby's Subs, but it is better than Subway.

I spent 11 years in Law Enforcement, and it still amazes me that people think TCH is stupid. I look at the postings of stranger and then compare them to the postings of the former client. Well not much more needs to be said. Not to mention the IP ranges from strangerstranger are 21 miles from the former clients own ip. Make of it as you like. However, either two people have the same precise typing skills, or I have some property in Michigan I can sell you at $1.00 an acre. You figure it out. Looking at the mispellings there are just to many in common. You know whats really sad, is this client that is mediating a complaint, hosted with us for 13 months without issue. In fact searching these forums will show praises from the very person who now is conducting this stupid campaign. Grow up!

Stranger has gone mute. I find it very odd that he has all the details of the mediation, albeit one sided. The details on mediation are never released to any 3rd parties. So either stranger is the next Crossing Over star or he is a troll. My bet is he is a troll.
