As a company we have been running 99.9% over all the servers. This does not mean that all the servers run 99.99% There will be times that a server will be below that ratio. If your budget allows for $1299 plus tax you can pick up a 27" Wide Screen LCD @ cosco. I have installed these units in store fronts for ad displays and powerpoint. They work excellent. Size isnt really all that important on store front displays. Most of the units I have set up are within 2' of the window. Most walk by traffic will stop when they see that 27" LCD. Just my .2 cents worth. Bill

TCH does maintain 2 sets of backups. One set is a local set that is placed daily on a second hard drive located within the server. The second set is done weekly and is maintained off site. This means the data is transfered to another server in another DataCenter. So we always should have a backup ready to go at a moments notice. HOWEVER, with that said. ALWAYS MAINTAIN YOUR OWN BACKUPS. Bill
