Yes, that is what they tell me when I call but before making the call it is not clear that is the case. And when you do call that number they know that the Hosting Support exists but they don't have a clue how to contact you. See attached screen capture. TCH_help.doc

When I called the number on one of your websites (408-624-2500) they say they are the Domain Name Support. They also say they don't know how to contact Hosting Support. They say this comes up often but they still don't know who to contact. Seems rather disjoined. It would be helpful to have one place to contact for the multiple support areas.
