Every now and again we ask users of our services to take a moment and rate the services that we are providing to you. Hi, During new server setup on server101 we mistakenly set the Reverse DNS to point back to server26.totalchoicehosting.com. I have now corrected this so that the reverse lookup points to server101.totalchoicehosting.com Sorry for any confusion. However, this has been addressed.

is it not a option to give the people a true FTP client? Sometimes the solution to a problem is removing the actual problem. It is my view that the TCH server is not the problem here, but the use of a HTML browser to view FTP. I would suggest giving these people access to a true FTP Client.

Deep Breaths Monty - I had to read your ticket over and over again to understand what the problem was. In fact my initial response was hmm, my tech did a really good job on this issue. Abdul showed the client how to setup error codes in his .htaccess file and wow he just did a good job. AFter your last reply I was really confused. Anyways, I finally understood the problem.
