well the ? is do you want each domain to have seperate content. IF you simply want them all pointed to one account we can arrange this for you under any plan for a small fee. If you want seperate content you would need a reseller account for this. Thanks

Gotta love that NAC bandwidth, awesome looking traceroute. Well the problem does not appear to lie in the connection route. So, can you try to upload from a different PC on your network. Is this possible. I was thinking, dont worry about loosing out a month of service, we will credit you for the this time. Ok? Try from a different PC and let me know. I am off to eat more turkey. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!

Yes you can upgrade and yes its prorated. We make it really painless.

We do not allow telnet, but FTP is fine. No need to transfer the domain name. Just repoint the DNS. Yup, we can cut her off and recycle it at the start of the new month. Thanks

nope your correct. Some ISP's block the SMTP port so customers are forced to use the ISP SMTP. However, every account comes with mail.**** for both pop and smtp.
-
Send and Recieve! You can do both!! Good luck in your search!
-
Oh the sub-domains sorry missed that ? Yes you can still have sub's. You only need to repoint the DNS to our servers. No need to spend the $10.95 if its not time to renew, right? Thanks and take care.

Hmmm Rayners is a guru hes one of my favorite gurus!!!! Ok this is a two part answer. There is in fact a limit on the number of users phpbb can support, so rayners answer is on target. Check with them for that answer. The second part of the question relates to shared server. I am not sure if that is what your wanting to know. If you go with a virtual hosting account then you would be wise to keep it at around 25-35 max users. If you consume to much CPU time you will effect other users and your account will be in trouble of getting terminated. Big Board users should go dedicated server.

Since you have three computers on your network can you try to upload from a different computer rather than your laptop?
-
Try this in SmartFTP http://smartftp.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3784

One thing you can do is to see if you get the same error when you connect with the command line ftp client. Go to a DOS prompt (Start->Programs->DOS Prompt) Connect to the site using the following syntax: ftp hostname/IP_address Once successfully connected, you will be prompted for your username and password. Enter your username and password and then type "dir" to make sure that you successfully get a directory listing from the remote site. Once you get a directory listing, (and once you cd to the directory you want on the ftp server) To upload a file: put c:/local_path/filename (enter the exact path of the file that you want to upload here) Or to download a file from the ftp server: get filename (a file that you could see in the directory listing. If you get the same error then the problem is not in SmartFTP. There may be a local firewall blocking the connection or a problem with your ISP's network. If you do not get the error in the command line ftp client then disable "Passive Mode" in the Connection settings in SmartFTP.

If you could post a traceroute that would help us. Otherwise we have no idea what your connection is doing.
-
I would like to see a traceroute to the server from you. This would tell us if your connection is the cause or at a min. would shed some light on what your connection is doing. When you say time out? Do you mean it slows down and then stops? I pulled your account up. Your on server5. This is a new server and I dont see any other issues of this type being logged. How are you uploading to the server via domain name or Ip address? First thing is lets see that Trace Route

You could use a php script. Mailman is way over kill for that. Try searching the web for this.
