TCH-JimE Posted January 27, 2003 Posted January 27, 2003 If your on a pipe thats running 5megs do you really need to test the speed? lol I just wanted to see if anything could test it. Its nice, but the shock of when I go home and use my parents 56K dial up leaves me gasping :-( P.S. I am on the JaNET network used for universitys across England. Fastest connection there is :-) Quote
dognamedmoses Posted January 29, 2003 Posted January 29, 2003 http://www.thebandwidthplace.com for a quick (650k) check of your connection (down only) speed. Quote
TCH-Rick Posted January 29, 2003 Posted January 29, 2003 I like http://www.numion.com/YourSpeed/ to check my connection speeds. It creates a table with the last several test so I can compare how things are running. Quote
