I sent a very important ticket to them 2 days ago and got no response yet. That's strange cause when I send support tickets to any other department I usually get a fast response.

Last time I checked my pulse I was still alive.

 

Billing tickets never get the same response time as support tickets.

 

I will get to your ticket as soon as possible.
