Head Guru Posted February 21, 2007 Posted February 21, 2007 Thought maybe some people would find this of interest. As you can clearly see, located in Flint, MI we are in the WHITE zone.
JTD Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 As you can clearly see, located in Flint, MI we are in the WHITE zone. Does that mean you just get buried in snow???
Jeren Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 It means the only threat to the DC is frostbite.
Head Guru Posted February 22, 2007 Author Posted February 22, 2007 Well the good thing is that I can leave my bottles of dew outside next to the door and we do not need to keep a icebox in the dc
Jeren Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 Just dew? Or are there some kegs sitting outside, too?
TCH-Andy Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 shhhh, they are hidden under the snow where Bill doesn't know about them
mythusmage Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 (edited) On the other hand, if the drainage system breaks down the whole state turns into a marsh. Edited April 21, 2007 by mythusmage
jnull Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 Looks like southwest Texas would be a good place, too -- and NO SNOW or sub-zero temps. Though it does get slightly warmer there.

Air conditioning costs (important for a dc) are much cheaper in Michigan than Texas. Plus with the economy in Flint, real estate costs are minimized.
