Bill brings a solid background in customer support, technical support and sales leadership. Bill will be working directly in our Abuse and Sales Support Team. TCH-BillH Posted March 12, 2005 Posted March 12, 2005 Wow ... what a welcome! Sorry I haven't responded earlier. I didn't want to show my face until ... well ... I had a face (pic) to show. So now you see my poor attempt at using my webcam. I'll try to fix that up after some film comes back from developing (yes, I use film still ... PM me and I'll explain why). It's hard to match up to this good looking group of people! I'm looking forward to helping in any way I can. TCH has been great to me for over a year now and I'm proud to be with a group of people I already respect and have received help from myself. I'm usually always around in some capacity!
