That has been driving me nuts as well. I thought, what have I done without being able to update like before. Thanks for the Heads Up. It was my next step too.

No problem Susan any time just ask any of us. I think there was just a bit on confusion which website that is all.

Have you tried setting up static IP addresses for each like 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2 on them 255.255.255.0 is the other fields and see if that works. Shares has to be setup on both to get them to be two way traffic.

Hi Susan, I don't use the program but I thought this might help a bit http://www.webyog.com/en/whitepapers/HTTP_...hoo_Hosting.pdf I know it says Yahoo, but if you look through it as you use the program it should make better sense than just looking at a screen shot and leaving you haning. You know what you are doing I'm sure of that. When I setup a database, usually the script I am using sets it up for me, but when it doesn't I use cPanel to access the Mysql data bases and setup on in there and then use the info during the process of setting up the script to access the info by cut and pasting the database name etc except for password of course to ensure I don't mess the syntax etc. I find that the best way for me. Hope that helps.

they both have the same workgroup name "WORKGROUP". Right click on the icon on your desktop My Computer which brings up a System Properties window. Have a look under the tab Computer Name. They have to be all the same to ensure that it works. Also have you setup permissions on the computers the same way as well.

I just sent off an enquiry to them, will report back when I get an answer from them. But their replies aren't the fastest in town.

Well that was a big surprise I am sure. Boy Girl what's it matter as long as it has all the right parts and nothings missing. C-Sections are notorious for infections so don't be too concerned and by the look of the picture, babies doing fine. I was a 6 week premie myself nearly 53 years ago and I survived which is what you were talking about, "not so long ago". We knew we were having girls with both of them from the Ultrasound and really didn't mind at all, although yes one of each would have been good, but I sort of got one of each anyway as they are complete opposites of each other. Nathaniel will continue to do well, don't forget the wife. She will need lots of support post op and you really do need to ensure she doesn't do anything strenuous for a few weeks. Also encourage her to do Pelvic Floor Excercises as well, it's an internal thing and she will thank you for it in years to come. Has to do with bladder control in later life. Swith the red-eye facility on, on your camera. Nice Pic.

Try Filezilla as an alternative for ftp program. I have similar problems and it seems to work better.

tamiep, How much have you done with SMF, if it isn't a lot, I would suggested removing it completely and reinstall it and keep all words in lowercase, that way nothing gets confused with links etc. I know that isn't what you want to do, but it would resolve the whole issue as well. Or do the other choice suggested above.
-
No idea except I have found the same issues using ftp programs. Get similar problems using ws-ftp as well. Hence why I suggested using Filezilla. It does have problems as well, but not as many. I generally transfer things in stages now. It could be just congestion on the net causing timeouts.

Haik have you been to the Gallery support forum http://gallery.menalto.com/forum to get help. I know it happened after something on the server fix. But you will probably get an answer quickly there. It could be something as easy as a permissions setting on the file concerned. The galleries seem to work and displays the error on the top of the window, correct ?? Also the error doesn't seem to appear on all galleries either.

See my reply above Jason.

Try Filezilla and see if you get the same problems. http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/

Any loss is hard, but at least Rasputin is in Doggy Heaven. Hard to replace a friend like that. I'm sure in time you will move on in your life and maybe get a new friend for the family. Maybe from an Animal Shelter as a rescue. (f)

Billion Modems can do this as well. Problem with Software filters on their own machines the children these days are pretty savy. Blocking at the modem/router with you as the only login admin makes it pretty impossible to hack into.

It snowed here in Australia last week in places I have never heard of snowing.
