  1. Welcome to the forum, Connie Boggess. I am not sure if bryangr found a solution for this, so please submit a ticket to the helpdesk as Tom says. Link on top of page and in my signature.
  2. No, I mean that no matter the user is hosted on a TCH server or not, most internet service providers blocks port 25 and 26, meaning that you can not use your *domains smtp settings, you must use the isp´s settings. I googled parts of the error message you received and some search results says your user need to change the smtp settings, while others indicate that the sender adress or server might have ended up on a spam black list. Since changing smtp settings temporarily to test if that is the problem is easier than getting a server off a blacklist, I would change the smtp settings first and see if that works. *= No matter the domain is hosted on a TCH server or not.
  3. If creating a membership site, I would go with joomla (a content management system), which can be found in cpanels fantastico section.
  4. I´m glad it´s working.
  5. baby
  6. Sorry, I don´t know why this happens. I would check with the joomla forum and see if they have a solution. One thing that comes up in my head are though, you say you have "php_flag register_globals off" in the misbehaving site, and the other site have it set to "on". What happens if you set the misbehaving to "on" too? Note: I don´t know if this is good or bad to do, so be careful.
  7. Thats probably because many people click on anything that is clickable, and if they say its extremely critical then they have reduced vulnerable machines a little. If they say low/medium, no one cares.
  8. Do the sender use the domains smtp settings? If so, please ask him/her to change it to his/hers isp´s smtp settings and see if the error goes away.
  9. Database movie tutorial
  10. Yes, you need to set up the database. But you could also follow Bruces suggestion to set up a gallery through fantastico in your cpanel.
  11. Its probably just a permission problem (which I forgot, sorry). Through either a ftp program or cpanels filemanager, please navigate to the g2 folder just created and then set the permission for this folder to 777.
  12. This means you need to create a folder (g2) outside the public_html directory then when gallery setup asks for the path enter "/home/cpanelusername/g2" (without the quotes). NOTE: Replace cpanelusername with yours and g2 can be what they tell you to or anything you want, just as long the name is the same as in the g2 part above.
  13. Rated extremely critical by Secunia (http://secunia.com/advisories/23950/) Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Word, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system. The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when parsing strings in Word documents and can be exploited to corrupt memory thereby allowing execution of arbitrary code on the user's system. NOTE: The vulnerability is currently being actively exploited. The vulnerability is reported in Microsoft Word 2000. Other versions may also be affected. Solution: Do not open untrusted Office documents.

  17. fun
  18. Have you tried including the first slash as in: /usr/local/bin/
  19. Cheater (Isn´t that actually 2 words, Steve?)
  20. When reading your second post I am not sure if you got this solved, but if this gallery asks for a path to have imagemagick working, please try /usr/local/bin/ and see if that works.
  21. This is a server problem so please submit a ticket to the helpdesk and the techs will look in to it.
  22. I don´t use either apple mail (pc user here) or aging. I have never had any reason to use aging since I pop my mail and when the mail have been downloaded, it should not be on the server. If I am wrong or if apple mail works in another way, some one will correct me.
  23. Welcome to the forum, ngr. The certificate is something the helpdesk will need to install so there is a $35 fee for it. The cost for a dedicated ip is something I will need to ask someone else to answer. Hold on and someone will provide the answer shortly.
