Accessing Squirrel mail through https seems to work fine atleast on a "shared" installation. Don´t know how it would work if you have your own installation but I would imagine it would be the same result.

I think it should be /usr/local/bin/ note the ending /.

If it´s the image 100_0390.jpg try changing it to 100_0390.JPG or rename the image to jpg. Please remember that linux systems are case sensitive.

You should not need to do anything to use Roundcube so please submit a ticket with the helpdesk and the techs will look into it. Link on top of page and in my signature.

I would log in to the file manager (or through ftp) and see if anything suspicious has been uploaded and check all email accounts for things that may have gotten stuck there. After that I would ask the helpdesk to look into it.

If it´s Aspell, it has been removed according to Bills post here. But you can always open a ticket and ask the techs how the situation is now.

Have you tried Globalscapes Lost serial number page? I don´t know if it works for CSB 4, but when I now tried for CSB 5 Cuteftp it worked.
