If that's the case, I'd double check the directory structure you have set up on your site and match it to the structure the directions have you install. (It may involve adding a .../extra_directory_path/... in the installation.

Thanks for the props, guys! Those tech's are amazing, aren't they?

Sorry nobody has responded yet. Sounds like a pretty ambitious task to attempt on your own w/o a whole lot of programming experience. Have you done a google search for possible programs already out there?
-
1. I don't think that would be possible as there are literally hundreds of scripts and it would be unrealistic to have the techs make sure all of them install and work properly. They can better spend their time making sure that TCH stays the most reliable web hosting company around. 1.5. I've used several and have found no problems. However, I also do a LOT of research before putting any onto my sites. 2. It's common sense (and up to the individual user) to make sure that you are running the latest and greatest patches. And don't worry about the noob questions...that's how we ALL learn!

Let's hope their psychics are wrong this year! We've had enough...let the east coast have some of the fun!

Sami...I can DEFINITELY relate. In my business, we deal with the telco folks daily. And that frustration happens constantly.

If you wanted to do it right now, there are several free FTP clients (programs) available. Check out this page.

I got a sunburn this weekend refereeing at a soccer tournament just for Thomas.

Didn't that hurt your head? Anyway, you can save your web site to your hard drive. I used to do that when I first started too. As far as your old website goes, you own the domain name (at long as you keep it paid up). All you need to do is set up a redirect to your new site.

But where's the fun in that?

FWIW...Ioncube is easy enough to install yourself.

I'd go with timhodge's suggestion...The first thing I'd try is to make sure that you're getting the correct power out of the power supply. You may have to google the spec's for the particular power supply, but their pretty common voltage levels. As he says also...be very careful when working around electricity!

Naw....make 'em wait!

Definitely weird! Never heard of that one! Before reinstalling, first check to make sure you have all of the latest and greatest updates, patches, etc.

Well, their page did say it was a SUITE of products, so maybe the products depend on each other to run. Anyways...glad to hear you got it working! Any review or evaluation on it you want to share with the family?

OK...I feel like I'm bursting, so I gotta tell somebody. It's... well, never mind. You'll have to wait and see like everyone else!

I hear ya Sami! I've been working in the Orlando/Melbourne/Vero Beach area the past couple of weeks and it's been gorgeous! Even up in the panhandle it's been in the mid to upper 70's and beautiful. I love Florida!
