  1. Thanks Aaron.
  2. Hey GTMan, Thanks for the kind words.
  3. Jim, You will need to log into your domain control panel and you can make the changes there.
  4. So, would you be saying that when I view your website that the post dated Jan 14th is not your most recent post? Please forgive my confusion. For a moment I thought your site was gone by reading your post yet I do see things there. Should you be missing things then I would open a ticket with the help desk and ask to see if they can restore your account to the latest backup. In most cases this is no more than a day or so old.
  5. Sorry you haven't gotten a response yet. I am sure someone will come along soon and give an answer. Hang on a bit longer.
  6. Yep, I used to work for a registrar and I saw this often because people did not pay attention to who they were talking to or what they were doing.
  7. Tough to say. Will you have more than 400MB of pictures to start with? If it is under that then the starter plan should be ok. If it is close you might want to consider the next plan to give some breathing room. Of course it also depends on how popular your site is as well. High traffic might put you into a larger plan right away. I would first see how much room your site needs, pick a plan that it will fin into and then upgrade as necessary.
  8. Tom, welcome. Thanks for the tip. I am sure it will assist for anyone running a Windows box and having this issue.
  9. Welcome to the forums DScott. Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
  10. Beautiful World Next: ACDC
  11. Mozilla Thunderbird is prone to a file attachment spoofing vulnerability. Successful exploitation may allow attackers to place malicious files on a user's computer by tricking users into saving seemingly safe attachments. If the user subsequently opens the file, this vulnerability may facilitate arbitrary code execution in the context of the user. Thunderbird versions prior to 1.5 are affected.
  12. Welcome to the forums Mick. Not a daft question at all. Those are reserved for me only. Looks like Andy and Kris have you covered but feel free to ask anything alse that you may need help with.
  13. Welcome to the forums, Playarta
  14. Hi Jeff, Bob is right, anytime you need to, just open a ticket and we will get you taken care of.
  15. Based on the above trace it looks like part of the datacenter network, we might have some control over it. The hop that Matt is stopping at is the one just before the server. Anything prior to the 209 IP and we don't have as much control over it. Also, if it is a network issue, the server status pages may not show anything wrong because the server monitor may be passing through on a good route. Bottom line, if you cannot get to your site and a trace shows * * * at some point, open a ticket so the techs can decypher the trace you send and let you know where the problem might lay.
  16. Looks like you are timing out just before the server. Open a ticket and include this tracert so the techs can look into it.
  17. tracert, in Windows click Start and then Run. In the box, type cmd. In the new window type "tracert yourtchdomain.com" with no quotes. Paste the results here and we can assist in finding the problem area.
  18. No More Heroes Next: Korn
  19. I can access your site. You have "World of Bore Craft" as a heading to your post. Have you run a tracert to see if it is failing anywhere specific?
  20. You might want to look at this thread. THere is a log analyzer that may be of assistance. http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/forums/i...showtopic=24345
  21. I use NeoTrace to find the physical location of the server I am looking for.
  22. Hi Tuizner, welcome to the forums. I have not seen anything but hang tight and we will see if anyone has any sugestions.
  23. Glad to see things are working for you now.
  24. Hey! Alright! I am glad to see you got it going, good job and thanks for letting us know what you did.
  25. Loaded question. Is 6 doing all you want it to do? Is the upgrade in your budget? It is sort of like me asking if natural peanut butter tastes good. Do they have a trial? If so, can you install it and not remove 6? Just as beauty is in the eye of the beerholder and so will the answers be to your question. Oh yeah, I am using Linux, code by hand, not gonna pay that much for Adobe products and cant wait for version 19. Other than that, I like it and think you should go for it. This message has been brought to you by "Can You Tell I Am Tired?". Seriously, I would see if I can find a place that lists the changes made from MX to 8 and see if you would even use it.
