Nine, I think the last few I have bought were towards the bottom of the price range and I cant recall brand. I have never even looked at a plain cd-rom by brand, I just got the one above the cheapest. Never had issues with them, never even thought, just grabbed. Maybe Mike or Bob has options for ya.

I cannot answer the first part but this; Cannot be stopped. That is relatively simple and there is no cure for it. Making a simple change in my Outlook and I can send you something that on the outside looks like it came from you. This happens to most of us that have domains and is something we have to live with for now. I dont use BoxTrapper but Spam Assassin so I cannot be of further help.

That can happen during propagation.

If you transfer here your half year of domain ownership will transfer and you get another year on top of it, provided you do a domain transfer. You may jut be able to change your name servers though.
