The first step here is to make sure your business account is emailing out at all. Make sure you can send emails from it to other addresses, not just TCH. Try using different ports as well...

My fiancee's family computer loses the HP printer install after a couple hours, then you have to manually reinstall it again.

That's horrible. There's no excuse for a workplace like that. That is so counterproductive it makes me sick! My desk is clean, clean, I tell you!
