Phillip, The reason you can reach TCH and not some of the sites TCH hosts is because they have several data centers across the US. And apparently the route to the server TCH is on is not affected.

Ah, that would be a NO from me as well. As long as it looks good to me, is all that I care about.

And yes, Zend Optimser is installed. And Raul is correct, it shouldn't interfere and it doesn't on the phpBB I have installed on server 50.

Well, I have it installed and it is 2.0.6 and not experiencing the problem you are mentioning. Maybe someone else will have an idea.

OK, I have never tried with a browser to access a subdomain using FTP. I tried on my domain and it displayed a blank page as well.

Do you have an index.html page in that folder? It's always worked for me.

Do you have any files in the subdomain folder? If not that is why you are seeing a blank white screen. When you log into a subdomain you are put in that folder and cannot access anything above it. If you want PM me your domian path and login/password and I will tell you what I see. Or you can open a help desk ticket and one of the techs will help.

Thomas, It's the new X2 theme and your server does not have it yet. The X theme doesn't have the icons they are referring to here. Oh and by the way, I don't care for the icons either. I prefer the list view.
